Case Study — Document Folio Service
The Situation
A family in Chiang Mai had inherited property and financial accounts from a grandparent. Four adult siblings each held different portions of the relevant paperwork, and none had a full picture of what existed or where things stood.
What We Did
Two joint folio sessions — one with all four siblings present — brought all existing documents together against a shared checklist. Gaps were identified, and each sibling left with their own copy of the completed folio index.
The Outcome
Within the sessions, the family identified three documents they had not known were missing and understood what steps they needed to take with their solicitor. The process took two weeks in total.

Case Study — Story Keeper Workshop
The Situation
An adult daughter was concerned that her mother — in her late eighties and in good health — had never recorded any of the family's history from northern Thailand in the mid-20th century. The mother was willing but had no idea how to start.
What We Did
A full-day Story Keeper Workshop for mother and daughter together. The prompts were adapted to explore specific periods the family identified in advance, and the session moved at the mother's pace with plenty of space for reflection.
The Outcome
The mother produced over forty pages of written recollections, annotated photographs, and personal messages. The daughter described it as one of the most meaningful days she had spent with her mother as an adult.
